Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer.

What will you do:

• Ensure that the critical control points (CCPs) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
• Implement the master cleaning schedule (MSCS) with the hygiene and sanitation teams.
• Follow up on the progress of integrated pest management (IPM).
• Ensure that all food safety standards and prerequisite programs (PRPs) are implemented.
• Be responsible for product safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Be responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
• Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
• Collect product samples for product development and lab retention.
• Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct temperature checks on products, ensure all HACCP and health authority rules and regulations are followed, and manage log books.

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Food Science, Food Technology, or any related field.
