Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

What will you do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the quality assurance department for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance.
• Conduct inspections and audits of incoming materials from suppliers, in-process production at internal/external manufacturing facilities, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues related to internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance and implement corrective actions.
• Train and supervise quality assurance engineers for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support.
• Monitor and analyze quality data for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues in internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track their effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as ISO standards and industry-specific certifications, for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal/external manufacturing and supplier quality assurance, driving process enhancements and efficiency gains within the quality assurance function.

Technical skills:

• Proficient in quality assurance systems and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Experienced in conducting internal audits, analyzing quality data, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Certified in quality management systems and skilled in statistical analysis tools to monitor and enhance product quality.

Education

Bachelor of Agriculture, Science, Veterinary Medicine.
