Job Description:

Attract and select the best people for Nestle with the right attitude and technical skills.

- Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Initiate and execute end to end recruitment process
- Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints.
- Guide the hiring managers through the end to end recruitment process.
- Develop Job Success Profiles
- Optimize the use of external suppliers towards cost savings
- Manage or contribute to ad hoc projects, in relation with current needs of the team or organisation
- Actively contribute to Goal Alignment, Process improvement (lean) and any other initiative towards increased performance
- Strengthen the position of Nestle as an employer of choice

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor of Business Administration or Art Degree, majoring Business Administration / Human Resources/Management
- 1-3 Experience in recruitment (Corporate or within an agency)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication Skills
