Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the budget and sales performance of all retail stores within a designated region (Upper Egypt, Greater Cairo, Delta).
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and quotas for the region in alignment with the retail business objectives.
• Optimize the distribution of sales representatives across the region based on customer traffic, sales targets, and store selling patterns to maximize sales performance.
• Conduct regular visits to all the region areas and branches to ensure that the retail stores meet the company standards.
• Analyze market trends as per the nature of each region to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement innovative sales strategies and techniques to expand market share.
• Provide regular reports to the Operations Retail Manager on salesforce performance and sales target achievement.

Skills

What will you need?

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Sales and Retail, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years in sales and retail.
  • 2 to 4 years in the managerial level.
• Technical proficiency:
