• Conducting and promoting the marketing of credit facilities through phone calls, field visits, and coordination with other units to promote and sell complementary products.
• Improving the profitability of the very small enterprises (VSE) portfolio.
• Conducting visits to VSE clients and preparing the required reports on a regular basis.
• Collecting the required information from customers as well as documents, papers, financial data, and related data required for credit studies.
• Preparing credit studies and issuing recommendations regarding customer requests while ensuring compliance with credit policies, and proposals regarding appropriate ways to avoid surrounding risks.
• Cooperating with other sectors to provide high-quality service levels and ensure appropriate timeframes for completing requests.
• Following up on customer complaints while maintaining standard timeframes for operations, in addition to any other assigned tasks.
• Following up with clients after finance in order to collect our installments on time to avoid any past dues and create a healthy portfolio.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
• Two years of experience in the field of small and very small enterprises (VSEs) or leading regional financial services bank.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Time management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
