Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor – Pre-opening
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,500 USD plus shared accommodation, transportation, and duty meals

About the Client:
A pre-opening multidisciplinary bakespace in New Cairo, Egypt under a dynamic homegrown group behind standout concepts in UAE.

Job Description:
• Manage staff schedules, ensure smooth service, and maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and handle customer feedback to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Track stock levels, place orders, and control food and beverage costs to support efficient operations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Open to Asians, 35 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry
• Overseas candidates are welcome to apply; joining ticket and visa will be paid for the company

Salary:
USD 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
