• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
• Develop a deep understanding of the golf carts product line, including features, specifications, and customization options.
• Provide ongoing support to customers, including after-sales service and warranty claims.
