A very well known company in the field of consumer finance and loyalty is looking to hire for a Risk & Collection Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the risk management and collection strategies across the organization. Your expertise will help identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that collection processes are efficient and effective, contributing to overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies that align with business objectives
• Lead the collection team in achieving collection targets, minimizing bad debt, and improving cash flow
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization, developing actionable plans to mitigate them
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness in risk management practices
• Prepare and present reports on risk and collection strategies to senior management
• Provide training and guidance to team members on risk assessment practices and collection procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in risk management and collections
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and collection strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to risk management and collections
