What You will Do
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Set clear objectives and sales targets aligned with CSS MEA goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure accountability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities and potential clients to expand market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
Strategic alignment with SaaS:
- Strategically align SaaS with CSS to position early on in the sales cycle.
- Enhance services attachment at Point of Sales (POS) to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate efforts to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer transformation needs.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Track sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales results and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal Oracle stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and partners.
- Leverage partnerships to maximize outcomes and achieve mutual business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on sales performance insights.
- Implement best practices and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
Experience:
- Sales Leadership: Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the enterprise SaaS environment, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Customer Success : Expertise in customer success management or comprehensive knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SaaS market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends.
- MEA Region Network: Established network facilitating effective relationship-building and potential business development.
- Performance Management: Track record of achieving ambitious sales targets, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. Master's degree or sales management certifications preferred.
