As a sales account manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and account managing the existing business using the 6 stages of sales (prospecting and outreach, knowing your customer, setting meetings using gathered information, offering proposal, closing the deal, follow up and account management).

In this role, you will:

  • Achieve monthly targets (renewal and acquisition) with consistency
  • Manage existing accounts and increase their book of business
  • Ensure daily farming to increase database in terms of leads and referrals
  • Increase our market share by selling our B2B products to new customers
  • Manage and arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals, and upgrades
  • Increase our client satisfaction by performing account management services with them
  • Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities
  • Liaise with finance, customer support, legal and marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues
  • Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Has a successful record in exceeding or achieving the assigned targets consistently
  • Experience in farming and cold calls
  • Knowledge of the automotive market in Egypt
  • Knowledge of the subscription industry
  • Familiar with tech and e-commerce
  • Familiar with prop tech, marketplace, Facebook, and other digital platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent in prospecting, cold calls, and generating leads
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and presentation skills
  • Excellent in converting leads into paying customers
  • Positive, flexible, presentable, and committed
  • Eager for success
