Raya FMCG, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Sales Branch Manager.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage the branch team, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team objectives, and provide continuous coaching and development.
• Maintain a positive and productive branch environment focused on achieving targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient warehousing and distribution.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and the safe handling and storage of products.
• Drive the sales and distribution strategy within the branch's territory.
• Set and achieve all the required sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the branch meets or exceeds its revenue and growth goals.
• Manage relationships with our partners and customers.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for expanding market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, addressing any customer issues or complaints promptly.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance.
• Provide detailed operational and financial reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Skills

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution, ideally in the food and beverage sector.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance in an FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FMCG distribution software.
