Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the Role

- Responsible for delivering profitable business for Unilever Food Solution via distribution partner

Key Responsibilities

- Managing reports of secondary sales data reports between distributors and Unilever subsystem
- Manages & controlling distributors claims related to customers` price reductions
- Build solid relationships with distributors` finance team in a way to become a trusted advisor for all data ,reports and financial claims between Unilever and distributors
- Manages day 2 day SAS operations , approval & customer code creations
- Develop the capability of distributor` finance team to better use "SAS"
- Apply finance controls on Unilever` investment with distributors.
- Make distributors` investment based analysis
- Coordinates with distributors on getting sales reports according to Unilever required format and ensure their compliance with value of customer investment approved by Unilever
- Liaise with various Unilever functions for required codes creation for distributors & customers
- Review and track monthly off-invoice rebates per distributor/ per region and agree with finance team on the release process
- Handling /tracking distributors financial deposits on UniLink

Requirements

Profile/Skills Required

- Bachelor degree ( Business / accounting graduate is preferred)
- Very good English & Microsoft Office skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- FMCG previous experience is preferred
