- You set up a sales policy to develop and retain customer portfolios.
- You establish the area's sales strategy in line with the policy set by the Sales department.
- You set up a sales organisation adapted to this task.
- You integrate, train and manage a team of sales managers. You look for new development opportunities.
- You monitor marketing actions.
- You analyse and follow the area's market development.
- You are in charge of the profitability of the profit centre or zone.
- You are the link between the sales department and operations.
