Description

1. Advising clients on the type and amount of insurance coverage they need.
2. Assessing clients’ insurance needs and risk exposures.
3. Reviewing and recommending insurance policies that are suitable for clients.
4. Achieving/Overachieving monthly sales targets.
5. Assisting clients with the insurance application process.
6. Explaining the terms and conditions of insurance policies to clients.
7. Staying up to date with changes in the insurance industry and regulations.
8. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
9. Generating new business by reaching out to potential clients.
10. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurance companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent English (C1) + Spanish (C1).
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
