Sales Manager (North East Africa-NEA)

One of the market leaders for implantable hearing devices is seeking a Sales Manager for the NEA region to be based in Egypt. We are seeking driven Arabic speaking Sales Managers who can grow the business across Egypt, Sudan and Libya. We would be keen to speak to candidates from a medical devices/technology field back round, specialized within ENT, Audiology etc.

* Manage the range of business partners (distributors, service partners, etc.) in the designated geographic territory
* Support the set-up of a functional service with partners and the establishments in the territory to fully serve the ever-increasing patient base
* Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the health care system(s) and to keep up-to-date with economic, social and political developments in the territory that may impact the business
* Drive business partners in the territory to achieve their sales objectives
* Maintain regular personal contact with key personnel (KOLs / KDMs) in new centres, Ministry of Health, Directors, ENT Surgeons, Audiologists, Engineers, Speech Therapists, Psychologists and other Health Care Professionals

Requirements

* University degree in Business Administration or Medical/Biological field (e.g. Bioengineering)
* If not covered by degree: Qualification in/for medical/technological field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of total work experience, there of minimum 2 years sales & marketing experience in life sciences
* Experience in a business model with distributors / business partners
* Experience working with medical professionals (e.g. surgeons, other KOLs)
* Goal orientation and self-motivation: Position work remotely and must act self-dependently
* Proven sales experience in ENT field and/or implantable medical devices sector
