As we at KONE are strongly focusing on developing our ways of working and strengthening our competitiveness as an industry leader, we are now looking for a dynamic and talented Sales Manager in Cairo, Egypt to be responsible for driving sales initiatives to ensure competitiveness of KONE New Installation business. We are looking for a go getter with a customer focused attitude and someone who understands the importance of building and maintaining relationships.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for building new relationships, selling new equipment and leading the sales team.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

• Be a visionary leader of how sales model should be developed for future needs
• Develop KONE position and customer base in the market ensuring profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Own New Equipment Business sales model and vision as a part of the New Equipment Business strategy
• Lead, direct and prioritize New Equipment Business sales development activities and roadmap to meet the short and long-term business objectives
• Manage and work together with the sales team to find out areas of improvement to ensure customer focus and efficiency
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve established sales goals

Requirements

We expect you to have:

• Minimum 12 years of sales experience with at least 4 years in a management position in a relevant industry
• Electrical/Mechanical educational background
• Proven sales track record in a corporate environment
• Strong experience dealing directly with customers/end users in a B2B model
• Excellent people and team leading skills to win together with our teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Excellent English language skills
