Job description
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets, with a primary focus on cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it is robust and that opportunities are actively pursued.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead negotiations and finalize sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and our organization.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior management team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Personal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent command of English.
Technical skills
- Proven track record of success in cybersecurity sales, including experience with complex B2B sales.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, products, and services.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
- A deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and its evolving trends.
- Previous experience with sales CRM systems and tools.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
