Purpose of the Role;

To insure Smooth Operation within CD to deliver the Operation plan, Deliver business targets, Measurement of field execution performance and Execution Feedback to internal.

Key Responsibilities

- Month Zero flawless Execution
- DSR Plan & Assortment execution from DSR into DSF plans
- Trade term execution compliance
- Field team and trade letters Communication
- Follow Up AG execution
- Channel strategies into execution
- Sales incentives for effective implementation of category and brand strategies at PoP.
- SMS managements.
- GT maturity Profile (Execution part)

Requirements

Knowledge

What qualifications, skills, knowledge, understanding, experience and/or training are necessary to perform the role?

- Preferred Sales Field Experience (2 Years)
- Communication Skills
- Office Skills
