Job description / Role
Main Purpose of Job:
Supports Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Team in all operational & strategic issues by supplying information, analysis and reports for effective sales management. Ensure that we have the right distribution targets & KPIs across all categories /regions
Job Responsibilities:
· Supports Regional Sales Manager & his/her team for achievement of main Regional Sales KPI's and effective decision making with daily, weekly, monthly reports (sales parameters, individual & team performance, stock levels, customer-channel performance etc.…) and requested ad-hoc analysis
· Ensures full product availability at all distributors, coordinating all ordering & shipment processes by constantly keeping in touch with Distributor Order Management Staff, Nestlé Customer Services, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. For limited products performs quota allocation between distributors, coordinates and follows quota usage.
· Ensuring distributors /Sales team adherence to monthly sales plan
· Collection and consolidation of requested data (by RSM) from the field team
· Prepares of monthly trade spend per region along with the proper spending tracking
· Analyzes monthly sales outcomes through scorecards for creating opportunities in the distributor & region & channel
· Works on the routing exercise for all Egypt and ensure that the current RTM and routing across all regions are achieving our efficiencies
· Works on having accurate sales forecasts, in collaboration with district managers & CCSD by providing the correct forecast assumptions
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in any relevant field
· 1-3 years of field sales experience
· Proficient user of Excel
· Strong analytical skills
