Job description / Role
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP CO experience involving Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Internal Order Management, etc. along with strong knowledge in SAP FI
• Experience in CO integration points with other SAP modules like FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, and HCM.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP CO Processes.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team and can communicate Functional specifications of SAP WRICEFs to ABAP team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Self-directed and can work both independently with minimal supervision or within a team; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
• SAP CO certification is preferred.
• Public Sector and/or Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
