About the job

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- To Schedule Maintenance Work on line 3.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling planning system.
- Consistently shows ability to recognize and deal with priorities.
- Maintains cooperative working relationship with all personnel.
- Promotes smooth interactions with other department.
- Preparing maintenance planning and scheduling activities required for both corrective and predictive for the Daily, weekly Monthly maintenance.
- Working closely with procurement team to make sure all Spare parts are available on time or business needs.
- Monitor Manpower and Equipment Used and Comparing to Plan Values.
- Making Forecasting plans for manpower to optimize utilization.
- To perform other tasks as told.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/General Engineering Skills)

KNOWLEDGE:
- General technical knowledge
- Scheduling
- Asset Management
- Negotiation
- Safety management
- Team Management
- Railway knowledge

EXPERIENCE:
- At least, 5 years' relevant experience in Planning & Scheduling
- Preferably have experience in the railway maintenance environment.
- Have an experience in the change management culture
