About the role

The Orange Wholesale Division is the Orange Group division that brings together all wholesale sales and purchases of telecoms products, services and supplies for third-party operators and content providers in the French domestic market and internationally. Orange Wholesale also builds infrastructures for Orange Group networks, to develop new services and new technologies internationally. Orange Wholesale is therefore Orange's third strategic pillar after Orange France and Orange Business. Within Orange Wholesale, Orange Wholesale International (OWI) provides international connectivity to operators and Internet players worldwide.

What will the mission entail?

Your role? To contribute to develop a portfolio of value-added services of which primarily, Security for our IP and Internet offers, enabling operators around the world to offer services and secured connectivity to their end customers. There is a need for DNS protection and DDoS evolutions based on AI and Cloud soon.

As the security and IP services product manager, you will:

• You will design the business models and build the P&Ls for your offering and guarantee the profitability.
• You will be responsible for defining new services: content, pricing, positioning, segmentation, customer sales path, etc.
• You will draft the marketing deliverables needed to build and market the offering: customer value proposition, positioning of offerings, business model, customer journey, etc.
• You will steer the launch of offers by coordinating the resources of the various entities: technical and IS management, operational marketing, communication, sales and customer services, legal affairs, management control, etc.
• You will take marketing milestones to governance bodies.
• You will be responsible for training sales on these products.
• You will be responsible for marketing intelligence and will be able to put forward proposals to develop the range of products and services on offer.

• SOC (Security Operations Center) for DDoS Protection services
• DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) protection on cloud
• Developments of the DDoS Protection service
• DNS Protection service
• Multiservice Port
• Cloud access over DIA (Direct Internet Access) or IP Transit
• Differentiated QoS

About you

• 5 years' higher education in marketing and/or engineering
• Successful experience as a product manager: business cases, market assessment, customer potential assessment, pricing, etc.
• You have a technical aptitude, notably in Network and applications security domain
• English and French essential: the team is international
• You have good writing skills in both languages
