What will you do?

• Handle multiple online accounts and vendors for Aman's e-commerce
• Be responsible for all key account escalations
• Promote and sell products on Aman website
• Engage with sellers to understand their needs and fit with the Aman services product set
• Create and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others
• Correspond with online customers to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with vendors, and maintain accounts over time
• Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing

Skills

What will you need?

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Experience: 2-4 years' experience in marketplace
• Technical proficiency:

  • Understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
