Job description / Role
Our client is a Top FMCG Distribution company in Egypt & they're hiring an Administration Senior Manager with the following "main" roles:
- Manage the HR, Legal, Administration, Security & Fleet departments.
- Supervising day-to-day operations of all departments and staff members.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Not less than 7 years of experience in a similar -position.
- Solid background in FMCG is much preferable.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Excellent English language.
- MBA degree is an asset.
