Job description / Role
Job Description:
- Provide Level 2 support for AppDynamics.
- Monitor application performance and stability.
- Identify and resolve performance-related issues in applications.
- Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:
Personal Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking to assess and recommend improvements.
- Ability to manage and work under high-pressure situations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using AppDynamics and other Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java and .NET.
- Experience with SQL for database interactions and queries.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its impact on application performance.
