Senior Architect

Job description / Role

Key responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all architectural design projects within the company.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of architects and designers.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and construction phases.
Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
Serve as the head of the architecture department, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders.
Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture (or a related field).
Proven experience in a senior or leadership architectural role.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
