BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled senior automation engineer (RPA) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency across various business functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop automation frameworks, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automation technologies and a passion for driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand process workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct testing and debugging of automated workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and support to business users on RPA tools and best practices.
• Stay current with RPA technology trends and advancements, ensuring the use of best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation development, with a focus on RPA solutions.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong programming skills in languages like C#, Python, or VB.NET.
• Experience with integrating RPA solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Understanding of business process mapping and workflow design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.
