Senior Backend Developer – Alexandria

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is an established engineering company currently seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join their team in Alexandria, Egypt.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and maintaining server-side APIs and data processing pipelines
• Implementing alert systems and communication APIs
• Designing data ingestion pipelines for various sources
• Ensuring the security and performance of backend services

• Degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other relevant subject
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Node.js
• Strong experience with RESTful API development
• Familiar with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka
• Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment
• Strong communication skills.
