We are seeking a senior BI developer with 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and visualization to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in PL/SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, demonstrating a strong ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of BI projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and manage scalable, efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure BI solutions align with business goals.
• Mentor junior BI developers and provide guidance on best practices for data visualization and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues in data models, reports, and visualization tools.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of BI solutions and data systems.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in BI development, data analysis, or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in PL/SQL, with experience handling large datasets.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Tableau, including custom visualizations and complex data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver end-to-end BI projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
