Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Management Job in Marketing with responsibility for a department, business unit and business process. Responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy of the brands, products, categories and `guardian` of the brands within their area of responsibility.

Key responsibilities

- Develop full business cycle from clear vision, objectives, strategies, plans and tactics for the range in the group ICP process
- Handle PPP strategy for baby food across MENA
- Manage the Profit and Loss account for the baby food business unit and responsible for bottom line results
- Manage existing and initiate new levels of consumer information to ensure the understanding of market and identifying the gaps to transfer them to business opportunities.
- Develop clear positioning for the brands to ensuring that the Product Managers implement communication/promotional campaigns according to the brands strategies.

Requirements

What will make you successful?

- 5-8 years of Experience in relevant field
- Previous experience as SBM or equivalent in FMCG
- Strong Information Analysis experience
- Experience in Brand Management
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong experience in Generating Consumer Insight
