Senior Cloud Network Engineer

About the role

You collaborate, using a DevOps methodology, with the engineering, operations, and security teams in order to:

• Contribute to the development, validation, and integration phases of new cloud infrastructures, features, and services
• Manage and monitor the integration on the production system infrastructure
• Resolve complex operational issues

You engage, if necessary, and follow up with the vendors to resolve hardware, software, and security issues.

You provide support to operational incident teams during on-call.

You monitor infrastructure performance and develop plans with engineering and developers to resolve potential performance issues.

About you

• Solid theoretical and technical knowledge of the cloud ecosystem (Red Hat OpenStack, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good knowledge of agile Scrum and Jira tools
• Networks and operating systems (Juniper is a plus, Linux is mandatory)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and programming languages (Ansible, Python)
• CI/CD (GitLab)
• Fluency in English - oral and written (French is a plus)
