As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Customer Success Executive who will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure new businesses from one customer are landed smoothly within Nowlun's operation team.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding their shipping and logistics needs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients.
  • Develop and implement account engagement strategies that align with Nowlun's overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to position Nowlun as a leader in digital freight forwarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field).
  • Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
