- Provide support for the Azure DevOps platform, ensuring the stability and availability of DevOps services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD workflows to support efficient development processes.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain and improve DevOps infrastructure.
- Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of DevOps services.

Personal Skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, managing multiple tasks effectively.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including pipeline configuration and workflow management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Expertise in PowerShell, YAML, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services for managing and deploying cloud applications.
