Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Manufacturing Senior Engineer.

What will you do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain our quality control systems, GMP, and quality policies.
• Apply all quality standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
• Ensure that our products comply with customer's requirements and the company's SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track and analyze quality and manufacturing performance.
• Comply with all food safety and worker's safety practices.
• Report violations to management to take disciplinary action.
• Maintain knowledge and application of quality assurance standards.
• Manage and monitor the blue-collar's performance ensuring that they comply with all quality and safety standards.

Education

• Bachelor of Agriculture, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.
