• Up selling for the customers who submitted applications through digital channels to engage and qualify potential clients.
• Explains product and service details to ensure customers fully understand offerings and are properly qualified.
• Conducts on-ground meetings with interested customers to build trust, address questions, and move towards closing deals.
• Follows up with customers to resolve concerns and successfully close sales transactions.
• Handles documentation between customers and merchants to ensure smooth processing and compliance with company policies.
• Logs all customer calls and interactions to maintain accurate records from initial request through transaction completion.

Skills

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
• Experience: 1-3 years
