• Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Sr. Executive (ERP).

What will you do:

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and ensure ERP modules are aligned with operational needs.
• Monitor and support the daily functioning of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Order Management).
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries and provide functional support to end users.
• Coordinate and participate in testing, validation, and deployment of ERP updates and enhancements.
• Create user documentation, manuals, and deliver training sessions to ensure proper system usage.
• Track, analyze, and follow up on issues or improvement requests to ensure timely resolution.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of Oracle ERP modules and business processes.

• Experience in ERP support, documentation, and user training.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
