Senior Executive - Freight & Clearance - Retail Divisional Unit - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a Senior Executive- Freight & Clearance to ensure the flow of merchandise and non-merchandise items to the stores. Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the monitoring of the shipments in the pipeline and the expected arrival dates at Egypt ports. You will ensure the availability of the shipping documents before shipments arrival and arrange the bank forms and marine insurance certificates.

You will also be responsible for completing the data entry in the tracking sheet as well as verifying service providers’ invoices and coordinate with Finance department for smooth payments. Working with the line manager to ensure that targets are achieved and following up the cosmetics registration, customs clearance and final release. You will be assessing risks and opportunities within shipping and clearance as well as dealing with the governmental bodies such as Customs.

Requirements

As a Senior Executive- Freight & Clearance, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any other relevant discipline. you should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position with excellent english language proficiency, communication skills and MS Office Skills.
