What will you do?

• Participate in annual strategic planning meetings to contribute to the development of HR and operational objectives, strategies, and performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Lead manpower planning for all operational functions to ensure timely and effective recruitment that supports current and future business needs
• Conduct regular site visits and area meetings across all offsite/offline operations to monitor performance, address operational issues, and resolve conflicts in line with business priorities
• Ensure effective communication of organizational updates and changes from top management to middle management, promoting alignment and consistent implementation of decisions across teams
• Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels to support a positive work environment, encourage open communication, and promote employee engagement

Skills

What will you need?

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the same field
• Technical proficiency:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and procedures
  • Solid understanding of the fintech industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail
