Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a senior executive (learning & development).
What will you do?
- Design and update corporate training programs with learning partners (internal and external) to ensure that the learning journeys are meeting the organizational strategy.
- Develop and implement annual corporate learning & development calendar to ensure trainings delivery that develops employees' skills across all LOBs with a focus on leadership development.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data tracking, report generation, and participant communication.
- Research new corporate programs and trends to satisfy arising employee's and organizational needs to implement across LOBs.
Skills
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, HR, or any other field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience.
Technical skills:
