Job summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented senior financial analyst - international markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.


Key responsibilities:

  • Procurement finance: Work closely with purchasing and supply chain department to get the best prices for the direct material and the best payment terms, provide the required analysis, and the financial assessment required to compare between the supplying options, making sure that company’s target for days payable outstanding (DPO) is delivered.
  • Working capital optimization: Conduct the financial analysis required with operation team to improve working capital ratios, and the optimal level of inventory to carry, work closely with planning team on the direct material stocks, and the ordering system, making sure that supply planning is working efficiently with the demand planning from financial perspective.
  • Supply chain governance: Make sure that all financial controls across the supply chain are well implemented and applied on the system, revise or suggest new controls that may enhance the governance across.
  • Budgeting & forecasting: Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting by providing estimates for all elements of supply chain cost.
  • Inventory monitoring: Monitor the inventory of raw materials and finished goods across the markets and clusters, working with operation team to reduce or eliminate the write-off cost and the waste.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration; CMA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience within FMCG pharmaceutical companies; experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle, is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Very good communication skills.
