Senior Full Stack Java SW Developer (Java/Angular)

Job description / Role

What you'll do

Design and architecture:
- Develop and design scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new applications or systems.

Development and implementation:
- Write, modify, and debug complex Java code.
- Implement secure and efficient APIs, microservices, and back-end systems.
- Integrate third-party services and databases.

Team leadership and mentoring:
- Train and mentor junior developers to help them grow in their roles.

Quality assurance:
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.
- Ensure applications meet high-performance, scalability, and security standards.

Collaboration:
- Manage stakeholder communications and technical updates.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting:
- Diagnose complex issues in production environments and provide solutions promptly.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve maintainability.

Continuous learning:
- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.

- Provides transactional services personally, using clear communication and common courtesy and accurately completes tasks and exchanges information as delegated;
- Supports colleagues through the application of knowledge;
- Understands the relevant processes and purpose in the team;
- Regularly exchanges information by being collaborative and working well with others;
- May handle difficult contacts;
- Makes judgments based on the analysis of factual information;
- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
