Senior Hydraulic Systems Engineer

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, WHCPs (Well Head Control Panels), CIS (Chemical Injection Skids), and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform corrective and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems, WHCPs (Well Head Control Panels), CIS (Chemical Injection Skids), and related equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to the operational teams.

Technical Skills

• Develop and review piping and structural designs for mechanical skids, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Create and modify detailed drawings using software (Inventor or SolidWorks).
• Perform stress analysis and calculations for piping and structural systems.
• Experience with piping layout, isometric drawings, and 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of material selection, welding, and fabrication processes.

Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical or Industrial.
