Raya Trade is currently hiring Senior Manager (Human Resources) with the below responsibilities:

Talent management:

  • Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotions, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Implement effective onboarding and employee development programs in coordination with department heads.
  • Lead performance management processes and talent reviews.
  • Recruitment & selection:

  • Develop and monitor Raya Distribution & Logistics recruitment plan and determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans driving efficiency with the manpower plan.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent in alignment with the recruitment policy.
  • Compensation, benefits & compliance:

  • Develop the annual HR plan for Raya Distribution & Logistics with department heads to forecast HR costs.
  • Evaluate employee pay against the company salary scale to match the market.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business needs, as per policy.
  • Manage monthly payroll tasks for Raya Distribution & Logistics employees and maintain accurate payroll data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting accuracy.
  • Employee relations & engagement:

  • Manage employee relations issues within the business units.
  • Work with line managers to create a culture of employee engagement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters.
  • Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Training & development:

  • Manage learning needs analysis studies based on employees' annual performance appraisal and confer with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and programs for each employee.
  • Responsible for the allocation of the annual training budget in coordination with the department heads.
  • Manage coordination with the Training and Development department (Raya Holding) to provide and schedule training programs for Raya Trade.
  • Conduct training programs customized for Raya Trade employees for their development in Raya Academy.
  • Team leadership:

  • Excellent knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and principles.
  • Expertise in sound judgment of applicants in terms of their knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of payroll calculations including taxes and social insurance.
  • Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Ability to maintain payroll data confidentiality.
  • Very good knowledge of Oracle system.
  • Excellent knowledge of human resources principles and policies.
  • Education

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Professional HR certification preferred.
