As a senior .NET developer at SSC HR Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our .NET applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the robustness and scalability of applications. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in mentoring junior developers and driving best practices within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with product management to define software requirements and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and improve processes.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of databases, preferably SQL Server or Oracle.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
