Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a senior operations engineer.

What will you do?

• Operational oversight: Responsible for operations, reviewing all checklists, preventive maintenance (PM), and corrective maintenance (CM). Providing detailed reports on PM, CM, projects to the head of the department at specified intervals. Monitoring the maintenance spare parts store and communicating required parts to purchasing.
• Project management: Manages all projects within the building, including infrastructure and enhancements, ensuring compliance with Raya quality standards and consultant perspectives.
• KPI management: Manages and monitors all KPIs for outsourced companies to continuously enhance building quality through determining day-to-day and projected maintenance and facility needs, prioritizing routine and emergency maintenance, and coordinating with procurement for vendor and contractor scheduling.
• Inventory and task management: Maintains inventories and controls stock items within minimum and maximum criteria.
• Team leadership and energy management: Supervises and manages the in-house MEP and HVAC teams, including shift scheduling and daily/monthly record-keeping for energy consumption.
• Assess overall building conditions and provide development solutions, along with detailed monthly progress reports.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations. Ensure all changes are accurately documented and communicated.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of administration, procurement, security, and HSE to support operational objectives and resolve issues.
• Compliance and standards: Ensure operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Contribute to safety and quality initiatives.

Skills

What will you need?

Education: Bachelor degree in engineering mechanical or electrical.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management system programs.
• 4+ years of project management and implementation experience, experience with preventive maintenance procedures and MEP.
• Proficiency in MEP and light civil technicality, technologies relevant to the position and familiar with system monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Software proficiency:
  • CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit)
  • Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
  • MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Technical report writing tools and documentation practices
• Technical communication skills:
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Clear communication with engineers, technicians, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of safety codes, environmental regulations, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, ASME, IEEE - depending on discipline).
