Responsible for handling Presales activities including providing designs and/or recommending solutions, fulfilling all technical support needed to sales team in the LoB. Along with suggested pricing of the suppliers and expected competition.

Operations Management

Lead the design of highly complex, integrated technical solutions for clients, working closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure the solution meets customer needs and business objectives.
- Take the lead in identifying and recommending suppliers and technology partners based on a deep understanding of the market and technological advancements.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to ensure the proposed solutions are competitive and leverage the company's strengths while minimizing weaknesses.
- Provide expert technical advice and support during pre-sales meetings, technical presentations, and customer workshops, ensuring that solutions are presented effectively and align with customer requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and risk assessments.- Review and validate project implementation plans with Project Managers to ensure feasibility, scope alignment, and timely delivery.
- Participate in key customer meetings, acting as the technical expert to guide discussions around solution feasibility and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and translated into optimal technical solutions.
- Review project implementation plans with project managers, ensuring that technical aspects are well-aligned with delivery timelines and resource availability.
Process Improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the presales process by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions.
- Regularly update the offerings portfolio by analyzing technological advancements and market needs.
- Provide feedback to the Presales Team Leader and the Product Management team on customer needs, potential new offerings, and portfolio changes.
Knowledge Management
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions within the presales team, ensuring that key insights from customer engagements are disseminated effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in technical areas, enhancing their capability to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Keep the presales team and wider organization updated on new technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

- B.Sc. in Engineering (communications, electric power, mechanical or mechatronics)

Year of Experience
- 10+ years of Presales experience is essential.

- Excellent pre-sales technical skills.

- Excellent communications and presentations skills
- Very good negotiations skills
- Very good command of English language
- Very good usage of Microsoft office products
Technical Skills
Special Technical Skills:- Experience with software demonstration environments and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering technical presentations to varied audiences.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
- Experience with solution architecture and integration planning.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment models.
- Understanding of API integration and system interoperability.
- Database knowledge and data modeling experience.
- Proficiency with demo tools and simulation software.
- Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
