As a product marketing manager at dopay, you will be at the forefront of our product strategy, working closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that highlight the value of our solutions and drive corporate adoption. Key responsibilities:

• Market research: Conduct thorough competitive analyses, market research, and customer interviews to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Value proposition development: Develop and articulate clear, compelling value propositions for dopay solutions aimed at fostering the financial well-being of employees.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, and operations teams to align on product enhancements, launch strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Marketing campaign execution: Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns that educate and engage both existing customers and prospects, leveraging various channels, including digital, content, and events.
• Sales enablement: Develop sales collateral and training materials that empower the sales team to effectively communicate our product offerings and close deals.
• Performance analysis: Measure and analyze campaign performance and user feedback, using insights to iterate on strategies and improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Community engagement: Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and the broader community to drive awareness and advocacy for dopay’s mission and products.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in tech, fintech, or saas sectors.
• Market knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycles, and consumer behavior.
• Creative thinking: Ability to craft compelling messaging and engage various audiences with creative marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills: Proficient in analyzing data and generating insights to inform decision-making processes.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for creating engaging content.
• Team player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for working cross-functionally to achieve results.
• Language skills: Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
