Job Description

  • Register the new awarded contracts/change requests on system.
  • Gather the required approvals for the stakeholders on PAF and P&L.
  • Follow up with the stakeholders for the COR approvals.
  • All projects' data entry and validation in coordination with the concerned Project Manager (PM) and Head of Project Management (HPM).
  • Manage the change request forms and all the required approvals from the stakeholders.
  • Apply the project revisions on the shared folder and on the system.
  • Manage the updates for the revenue in/cash out forecast.
  • Attend meetings held between Project Managers and HPM, register requirements and follow up with PMs until pending tasks are completed.
  • Make daily reports to HPM with pending issues in projects.
  • Follow up on our business plan to register any reviews during the year by attending all unit meetings.
  • Participate in meetings held between PMs and cross-functional teams, write minutes of meeting (MOM) to be submitted to HPM.
  • Participate in the preparations of the monthly business report meeting to review business plan updates with management.
  • Register on MS Project all plans with achieved tasks and register delays.
  • Send due tasks to resources and follow up with them daily to update the plan.
  • Arrange for internal training courses for our technical team.
  • Make filing for all necessary project documents (correspondences in/out, purchasing orders, petty cash, attendance reports, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings and arrange appointments in internal meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Follow up on internal policies and procedures such as EPM time sheet (EPM), and other systems and fix any problems that appear with its owners.
  • Document the project's lessons learned, corrective action plans for the key issues.

Personal Skills

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Past experience with planning tools such as Microsoft Project, mind map, Primavera, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Very good English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and high-demand business environment.
  • Very good knowledge of working with MS Office.
  • Previous work in cybersecurity domain projects is an asset.

Technical Skills

  • Cybersecurity knowledge: Understanding basic cybersecurity concepts.
  • Project management tools: Working with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project for task management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Risk management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly in cybersecurity-related projects.
  • Documentation and reporting: Ability to create clear project documentation, progress reports, and technical documentation for team members and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and regulatory understanding: Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 is an asset.
  • Collaboration and communication: Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology: Familiarity with Agile project management principles, particularly useful in the fast-paced nature of cybersecurity projects.
