Job Description

• Ability to communicate effectively with foreign suppliers, local suppliers, and internal teams.
• Understanding of international procurement processes and global supply chain management is a MUST.
• Experience with supplier evaluation, negotiation, quality assurance, and audits.
• Knowledge of incoterms (International Commercial Terms).
• Knowledge of different payment modes such as letter of credit, wire transfer, and cash against documents.
• Familiarity with import regulations and customs clearance procedures.
• Knowledge of transportation modes (air, sea, road) and documentation (e.g., bill of lading, certificate of origin).
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Familiarity with procurement standards and understanding of multicultural business practices.
