Job Description
- Assist in achieving required quality certificates for ARIA technologies process, services and products.
- Develop, document, and audit practices, program quality, and metrics reporting system
- Assist in planning, and implementing process improvement opportunities consistent with current strategies.
- Assist the Team Leader in continually evaluating, refining, and originating, as appropriate, the policies and practices governing quality functions considering their effectiveness, correctness, proper utilization, and coverage.
- Contribute in establishing collection and analysis systems of quality statistical data to predict trends that will affect product quality improvements
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Ensure that HSE standards are maintained and promote a positive HSE attitude amongst project staff. Developing and implementing of Company's Management systems procedures and HSE programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations & programs at workplaces in relevant areas
- Conduct HSE training & awareness
- Promote a positive Health and Safety attitude amongst project staff.

Technical Skills
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures for construction projects.
- Ability to ensure all work complies with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
- Ensure that all on-site activities adhere to these standards and requirements.
- Strong skills in preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), checklists, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality audit reports.
- Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with QA/QC software and tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, Procore, Aconex, or other construction management platforms.
- Ability to use inspection tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, pressure gauges) for on-site measurements and verification.

Education
- Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
